Cancellation Policy
The team at Physiotherapy by Cure Clinics is committed to helping you stay healthy and mobile. When we have an appointment scheduled together, we have that time reserved especially for you. We work hard to make sure nothing gets in the way of that. We need to make sure that your appointments are set at times when you have the least likelihood of any type of delay or interruption to your schedule.
Cancelling any appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice or failing to attend an appointment means that we are unable to re-allocate the time to another patient resulting in space in our diaries, a cost to the practice, to you and to other patients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you.
We accept, and understand mistakes happen, appointments can be forgotten amid juggling everything else life throws at you. We will do our best to remind you and offer support to keep track of appointments and we will always take exceptional circumstances into account if the unforeseen happens and on the rare occasion you have the need to cancel an appointment at short notice.
Whilst we will be happy to accommodate rescheduling an appointment, we do require that you give at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to other patients. We hope you understand that this policy protects our valuable time and allows us to help others who want an appointment.
With at least 24 hours notice we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a time that suits you and you will not incur a charge.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged for the appointment.
To ensure all our patients get their full appointment and we do not run late for other patients, if you are late for your appointment, your appointment time will not run over, resulting in a shorter appointment.
On rare occasions we may need to amend or cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as is possible and endeavour to rearrange your appointment for a time that suits you.
